Please read the following before proceeding to book an appointment:

Please note: A credit card on file will be required to complete your online bookings.

NEW PATIENTS: Please book a Pelvic Physiotherapy Assessment.

If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment or if there has been a change to your health status such as new pregnancy, surgery or diagnosis, please book a new assessment appointment so that we can review your current concerns.

Follow Up Appointments: To ensure optimal and timely care, please book 2-3 follow up appointments, 2 weeks apart after your initial assessment.

Current patients: Please book according to your plan of care.

PESSARY PATIENTS: Please ensure that your primary care provider has filled out the Pessary Consent Form which can be found on our website. Please bring the completed form to your Pessary Fitting Assessment.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we provide one-on-one care and dedicate this time specifically to your treatment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Jennifer Ahn

Jennifer is a Registered Physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, including the past seven years dedicated exclusively to pelvic health. She provides comprehensive care for women experiencing a wide range of pelvic floor concerns, with particular clinical interests in myofascial pelvic pain, endometriosis-related pain, and complex pelvic health conditions.

Her approach combines advanced assessment skills, hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, and individualized therapeutic exercise to help patients better understand their bodies, feel confident in their care, and achieve their goals.

Above all, Jennifer is committed to providing care that is respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout her journey.
